1. Costs
Delivery to a UK or EU address
Standard Postage: Delivery by first class Royal Mail is only £2.00 for your first item---and will remain only £2.00 however many additional items you may choose to order.
Special Delivery: For extra speed and security you can select Special Delivery at a cost of £5.50. For UK addresses, delivery is guaranteed by 1 pm the next business day after posting. This service requires a signature on delivery.
For all other EU destinations we will use the fastest and most secure service available through the British Royal Mail.
North America and the Rest of the World
Standard Postage: Shipment by British Royal Mail is only £5.50 on all orders over £120. For orders under £120, there is a charge of £8.00. Please e-mail us to obain tax-free prices. We will produce an adjusted invoice with Value Added Tax (currently 17.5%) removed. A Customs label showing the value of the goods is required and local Customs charges may have to be paid when the parcel is received.
Special Delivery: If it is possible to send your order by an express service originating with the British Royal Mail, we estimate that the cost should generally be between £10.00 and £16.00. To arrange for an express delivery to North America or the rest of the World, please e-mail us with the details of your order and your delivery address and we will obtain an exact price.
2. Delivery Times
Your order will normally be shipped within 24-48 hours by British Royal Mail.
Your order should arrive in 3-7 days for shipments to UK and European addresses, and 7-14 days for shipments to North America and the rest of the world. If your order has not arrived within 14 days, please contact us.
3. Customs
If you are making an order for delivery to an address outside the European Union, either as a gift or to your own international address, we must fill out a Customs label on your behalf. Customs labels show the value of your order as well as a description of the item. Any Customs or import taxes are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the person who receives the parcel. Customs policies and charges vary widely from country to country. You may wish to contact your local Postal Service or Customs Office for further information.
If your order is a gift, we will mark the parcel "Gift". But, unfortunately, we are required by Customs regulations to show the value of the item(s).
